Which platforms are supported?

Our applications can currently be accessed on the following devices:

  • Web: any browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave and Internet Explorer.
  • Desktop App: MacOS, Linux, Windows
  • Mobile Devices: web (online), IOS (iPhone, iPad), Android
  • We will soon be offering access to our application on AppleTV and Roku. Sign up to our newsletter if you want to learn more about this feature.

How do I gain access to Premium services?

You can access Premium services by creating an account, clicking to the pricing tab and then look for the pricing option that best fits your needs. After you have selected a pricing plan you will be prompted to add your payment information, so that we can charge you with out monthly subscription. For the first month of subscription you will not be charged. After, we will start charging you according to your Premium tier.

Please contact us if you have trouble creating an account or processing the payment onto your preferred method of payment.

How to cancel the subscription?

You can cancel the subscription by first logging into your account, going to settings, look for the "Manage Billing Plan" and clicking on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

We would hate to see you go, and would love any feedback to improve our application!

I can't remember my login details! How can I log back in?

Do not fret if you have forgotten your login information! If so, you can reset your password. First we will ask you to provide your email that you used to sign up for the account. Then, we will send you and email with a password change request.

If you have received a password change email and you have not requested one, please let us know and we will look into the issue.
